I carry tension, anxiety, and stress in my neck and shoulders. This is the best video I’ve found to relax those muscles. It has helped decrease or even on certain days eliminate my headaches, neck pain, and plugged ears due to tight muscles. These stretches can easily be done at home, in your office chair in front of your computer, or anywhere you desire.
